95# completed the burpees and 12 OHS Ive figured out my problem with the OHS. lack of hip and shoulder flexibility combined with weak core. I've gots some work to do.
Amy Schrimsher #15 Bar Completed Burpees and 30 OHS (Weight felt light but felt really off balance when I tried to increase weight. Need to try and tape my wrists next time. My right one was really bothering me.
1 round + 7 burpees at 63lb... I dropped the weight last minute cuz I was worried 83lb was going to be too heavy.... I prob could have done somewhere in between.

ReplyDeleteGot through the burpees and 30 OHS, by milliseconds. Need to play with my grip on the OHS, lack of wrist flexibility/strength is holding me back.
