The Big Clean Complex
6 sets of the following Complex :
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
One set consists of all 12 reps.
Classes are at the gym 6am, 12pm and 7pm.

    My body said take the day off, my brain said you should take the day off but where's the harm in going through the movement pattern, then during the 125 my shoulder said STOP. I stopped.
